Major Screen Abrasion with PerforationThis bladder failed prematurely becasue of screen abrasion and pressure related perforation. Perforation is generally caused by pump pressure spikes, and/or abrupt pump start up. The abrasion is caused by improper precharge, or a dislodged discharge screen.
Trash AbrasionThis bladder failed due to abrasion with foriegn objects. In this case it was a nylon zip tie that had become trapped between the dampener body and the bladder.
